We will be arriving 8/23. I just received an email about our stay and the following is an excerpt:
And to help you be as prepared as possible, please note that the feature pool will be closed for renovation during your visit. Rest assured that every effort will be made to ensure your visit is magical, and many other amenities will be open for your enjoyment.
I thought the pool was supposed to close on Sept. 3. Anyone else going during this time receive this info? To say the least, I'm not happy right now.

Just spent 1/2 hour on phone with Disney. It seems the WL sends out emails to arriving guests, but they made a MISTAKE. Pool is closing as recently stated on Sept. 3. WHEW!!!!
