Why do they make the BOG fastpass available after you have presumably made all your other Fastpass Plus selections? I can't get the times that were available to me to eat at BOG for the day I made our FastPass Plus selections for Magic Kingdom. I am so frustrated with this whole system.

This is probably no help because I can't remember exactly were to click. They normally offers two choices. I just kept clicking (maybe on the time) and it gave alternate times to pick up from.

It is frustrating ... you've made all of your other plans, and now you have to try and fit in BOG.
I agree though, keep refreshing until a time that does work comes up, or you might have to fiddle with your other FP+. It can be down right annoying.
