The Lightning and Mater meet and greet closed back in January and Lightning's appearance at the stunt show ended when it closed earlier this month. I haven't heard any word on if he'll be appearing anywhere else in the future. The only place I know of you can take a picture with Lightning now is if you're staying at the Art of Animation resort. That's not like the "real" one you used to could meet, but that's all I know of.
