For our upcoming dvc reservation, I was trying to add a room request under the My Disney Experience area but when I selected the two drop down areas for Room Location Requests 1 and 2 there isn't anything to select. Is this correct or is it a problem on my end? I thought we would be able to select "near elevator" "lower floor" "upper floor", etc. or is this something that I have to call about? I remember being able to do this before....I think?:confused:
The online request system has been acting up for a little while. Sometimes it may work, most times it won't give you any options. I would call and have your requests noted.

As Heather mentioned, making requests via the online checkin process hasn't really worked for well over a year now. It's not just DCV either.
Just call member services and add your request to your reservation. Better yet, use the email or chat options from the DVC site.

I just had the same issue, I went into my account to verify my room requests were on file and it showed nothing on my reservation, I called MS and they verified they had my room requests on the reservation, they said it is "not an uncommon problem" and suggested always calling MS to verify.
Ditto on issues so we called to put in our requests. We had to wait for our room until actual check in time, but it was well worth it. Enjoy!
