100 sarcasm points to Mendelson!!
Unfortunately, this is one of the biggest negatives to contracting any work out -- YOU don't get to train them in your style. I am sure the contractor will be held accountable and there will be more oversight on Disney's part, but that does not excuse this happening in the first place.
I just hope Mousekeeping is not this lax in their standards and training. I have never had a complaint before, but now I think I will be much more critical of their work. Sad, but true.

Be interesting to see if Disney gets little more than a 'slap on the wrist' for this. I personally think that there should be a penalty of some kind... the retired heath inspector said that he would have "shut the place down" if it were him. (meaning the food court, of course) Too bad that didn't happen.
Wow....just wow... I knew they vibe the last time I went was much more Walmart than Tiffany's, but I didn't know how bad things really were.
And...I'm done.

Since it wasn't a Disney CM, and instead was a third party contractor, it isn't really a big deal or indicative of any serious organizational dysfunction. It was just one rogue individual who has now been banned from the premises. Problem solved!

Wow! That is disgusting.

WTH is wrong with people !! That is just disturbing !
Hate to say it, but this doesn't surprise me a bit. The quality of the human resources I've seen in WDW the last maybe five to seven years is shocking. When I'm starting to feel unsafe around the Cast that's saying something.
Unfortunately, with today's corporate culture of only caring about the next quarter's earnings report none of this is going to change. CEO's rake in literally BILLIONS over such a short period of time that they just don't care one iota about the long term health and well being of the organization as a whole. If they're there 6 years, make eight hundred million dollars, and end up getting fired for running the company into the ground what do they care? They've got enough money so their children's children's children's children will never have to work and, even better, they won't really be "fired" they'll "leave to spend more time with their family" and get hired on by some other company six weeks later and do the same thing all over again.
It's a real mess.
