Frozen ride construction question

What did they do with the theater that you had to walk through (or sit down in) at the end of Maelstrom? Is it still a theater? Did they convert it to some other kind of space?

It is now the new queue line. The old exit that looked like a village is still the same. It is now the loading/unloading and queue area.

Thanks! Though, that's a little underwhelming. I imagine that they themed the heck out of it, like the new Peter Pan queue area. Is it interactive?

I saw a video on YouTube, loved the movie but was unimpressed by what I saw. Maybe better in person. Going in September and if lines too long probably won't even bother.
