Are park hopper tickets back? I heard that they are available after 2 PM so do you have to make a park reservation for both parks that day if you hop?

Park hopping is back, starts after 2:00pm... I don't believe you need a reservation for both parks, just the park you enter first... But parking hopping is subject to crowd levels...

Yes, park hopping is back. Anytime after 2pm (officially depending on crowds, but there haven't been many reports of not being allowed to hop). You don't need to make a second reservation, but you do need to have entered the park you booked for the day.
