OK, sorry for the long delay. I promise I will finish these reports.
Day 4 was our DHS day. And again, we had the lightning lane purchased for the day, and I bought the individual passes for Rise. Day started normal. We had breakfast from Artist Point at Saratoga. Then hopped the bus to DHS. I hate the walk from the bus to the park. Feels like it takes forever, even long than AK. Like, you are already tired and you haven't entered the park yet.
Four days in and my back was kind of sore. My lower back would feel sore, tired. Didn't hinder me walking, but it was more of a nuisance. Anyway, I let that determine whether I would ride RnRC or Tower. Spoiler alert: we didn't ride either.
Started the day with Runaway Rail, using lightning lane. This attraction has become a favorite of mine. While true, GMR was better, I think Runaway Rail is fun and a must do.
After Runaway, we spent time in Toy Story Land. Used LL for Toy Story Mania, waited about 20 minutes for Alien Swirl, and about 30 minutes for Slinky Dog. Slinky is a favorite as well, and I will always ride providing I can get on. The wait time was listed as 1 hour, but we really only waited 30 minutes. Wait times were not bad at all for DHS, in fact, wait times were great all week at each park.
After Slinky, we wandered into Galaxy's Edge. Here is where I loaded up on my pictures. Kylo and two Stormtroopers walked around. Missed out on Rey, AGAIN. But something happened that made my day. My father and I got to pilot the Falcon. We always wind up the engineers. Not this time. We piloted that thang!!!! And did a bang up job. Key words: Bang up lol. Smugglers Run, honestly, isn't a favorite despite me loving Star Wars. I don't find the attraction that fun when unless you get to be a pilot. Otherwise, I feel Star Tours is better. We exited the Falcon and headed to Rise. We had some time before our LL time, so we sat and relaxed. My back and my father's back were sore. Our rude time came, so off the LL entrance. And Rise ALMOST disappointed. We got to the transport and stopped. And waited. And waited. They finally walked us through the back stage were the single rider line would queue up, and into the large room with all the Stormtroopers. Missing the transport spot didn't take away from the ride since I been on it several times already. But for a first timer, it really can take you out of the story.
Once we finished Rise, we exited Galaxy's Edge. I decided it was time to go watch the Muppets, with the thought that MAYBE it would be my last chance to see them. MuppetVision is so good. But, I believe it is time. I am not upset it is leaving. I am celebrating we got to experience it at all. And who knows? Maybe we will get the film on DisneyPlus (I know not the same), or maybe they bring it back in a new Muppet Courtyard. But what happened after MuppetVision? RAIN. Yes, it rained on us again. So annoying.
We made a mad dash to Vacation Fun. Waited a few minutes for the doors to open for our showing, but we didn't mind. We were under cover and not in the middle of a large group. We watched Vacation Fun, cute little Mickey and Minnie short, which I like. Wouldn't miss it if they removed it, but I like it to see it when ever I am at DHS. Exiting Vacation Fun, we noticed it was drizzling not pouring so we walked over to 50's Prime Time where we were going to have dinner. I tried to check in but I was a few minutes too early. Other places had no issues checking us in early. 50's however, they are strict. I know, they are always extremely busy, but hey, I had to try. We waited under covering since the rain started coming down harder again. When finally it was time to check in. Rain started to slow and stop after I checked in, so my father and I went to find a bench by the restaurant. We dried a bench off and took a seat.
Finally, we are called into the restaurant. Dad and I had the fried chicken. And yum yum nom nom nom. I devoured my chicken pieces. My father ate his too. He doesn't eat as much as he used to, but he ate this meal. And loved it. We both did. After eating, we headed over to Fantasmic.
They were letting people in, so we entered and took our seats on those uncomfortable benches. By now, the rain stopped. I was worried though because so far, every night out night shows were ruined by rain, and we didn't see anything at this point. And of course, lighting in the distance. They made an announcement the show would be delayed. I thought this was great, and typical, and wow what are the odds. Thankfully, the rain didn't come and the show went on!!!! Despite the changes, I still love Fantasmic. Not the same as the original, but still pretty awesome.
Our day was done. Was time to leave DHS and head back to Saratoga Spring to relax and get ready for our last day there and last park visit to Magic Kingdom. But, things did not go well... AT ALL!
Will continue in a new posting.

Finishing the day, walking to the buses, man, does it feel like it takes forever to get there. Once there though, you feel better knowing a bus is coming. Maybe.
When my father and I arrived at the stop for Saratoga, no one was there. I thought YES!! Bus would be here before we knew it, and we'd get a seat, and the bus wouldn't be crowded. Then we waited. And some people showed up. And waited. And more people showed up. And waited. Now we were beyond crowded at the stop. And still no bus. Every other stop had 3 buses come and go, we were there for 30 minutes and not one for Saratoga. So we all started complaining to the one transit employee they had for all the stops. He radioed in several times, and nothing. He apologized I don't know how many times. Now, there have been times I waited for a bus, and waiting felt like forever. However, this WAS forever. We stood there for almost 1 hour before one Saratoga bus showed up. That was BEYOND pathetic. Imagine the frustration we all felt when bus after bus passed, and not one was SSR. When seeing other resorts get 3, 4, 5 buses, and you nothing.
We did finally make it to the room, but what a disgrace on Disney's part. We got ready for bed and called it a night. Our last day was quickly approaching, so we wanted to get rest so we could enjoy THE MAGIC KINGDOM!

I've been in your shoes with the bus waits. I'm not sure of an hour, but definitely well past the 30 minute mark, while seeing bus after bus come for other resorts - some with no one waiting. Definitely puts a sour ending to what was/should have been a magical day.

It's usually bad, but not usually this bad. And I was spoiled all week because I never waited more than 5 minutes anywhere for a bus, and Epcot, the bus was there waiting already. Even Disney Springs, no wait. But man did they fail at DHS.
