At WDW for a work mtg. Came early to get some park time. The crowds are more than I expected. Staying at Wilderness Lodge for the first time. Nice! I would definitely stay here again. Checked in and was on a bus to Studios at 4:00. Packed! It was weird to have the hat gone but I can't say I miss it. Ride R&R. 45 minutes + in Single rider line. Lots of construction happening in this park....and everywhere for that matter. Took the boat to EPCOT and it was even more crowded. Not nearly the number of topiaries as in the past. A little surprised at that. There are lots of food booths similar to Food and Wine fest. World Showcase was so crowded it was hard to get around. Took the Monorail to MK just in time for the Electric Light Parade. Tried to get a Fast Pass. Not much available. It was late so completely understandable. Saw Wishes. My favorite. Made me cry. Wished my daughter was there with me. Ride Haunted Mansion, shopped, watched the 2nd showing of the parade. Walked around for a while. Made it to about 12:30 and had to go. MK was open until 2 but I was 2 tired to stay any longer.
Just thought someone might enjoy hearing what what was happening at the Happiest Place on Earth right now.

Wow! You fit a lot into a little amount of time! Love reading quick posts like this. Thanks for sharing. Wonder why it's so crowded? We are heading there one week from today; hope it's a little better but it really won't matter...a crowded day in Disney is better than a day anywhere else :mickey:
