Having never been to any parks in Orlando other than Disney, I am asking the Intercot family to please help me select restaurants that are on your MUST EAT AT lists. I will go with the most popular from your responses. Please tell me why you selected the restaurant as we are looking for unique and fun dining places. Thank You so much in advance.

I really enjoyed Vivo Italia at Citywalk. Great food, reasonable prices.

I am waiting patiently for Toothsome to open to try it!

I had heard nothing but good things about Vivo Italia. We will have to give that a try. Also wanted to try the new NBC restaurant while at CityWalk as well.

The Mrs is definitely bummed that the Toothsome will not be opened while we are down there. I'm kind of relieved as I would have a hard time getting her out of there.

I tried the Margaritaville in Myrtle Beach and like you I was not that impressed the first time through. Id be willing to give it another shot in Universal. Any recommendations at Cowfish? I just looked at their menu and that is on the list of places to go already.

Another vote for Cowfish - that was a fun and tasty evening. And there was enough variety to satisfy our party of 8 that night. I'd go back there anytime.

Antojitos Authentic Mexican Food in City Walk is a fun restaurant with absolutely excellent food! They have a stage show with a live mariachi band and its a really nice place. Great food festive time!

Three Broomsticks in Islands of Adventure (Harry Potter section) also has excellent food and their "Family Feast" platter is outstanding with a huge family style serving portioned based on how many are in your group. We had a party of 7 and the serving was enormous (4 adults and 3 kids). A great meal - not your typical theme park fare.

If you have younger children, the character breakfast in Universal Studios at Café La Bamba is a really fun experience with pretty good food.

Happy dining!
