So I might be wrong here but now that the kiosks are being phased out for the FP+, once I use my first three FP in a single park in a day, can I make a FP+ for another park? Or do I have to wait until I arrive in another park before it opens that up on my phone? Does this make any sense?

I haven't read anything either. Last I heard the 4th could only be done at a kiosk could then be changed (for the same park) on your phone. Could I ask were your heard this?

There's no change I've heard about. It's still kiosks for #4 and beyond.

If you are referring to the old kiosks that dispensed the paper fast passes, they are all long gone. The new kiosks are computer terminals which require you to scan your magic band in order to make additional fast pass reservations. Yes, you must use a kiosk in the park that you wish to make a reservation in, the phone app does not support additional fast pass reservations.

I guess I was confused, I thought I had read somewhere they were moving to allow you to make the 4th one on the app but maybe I just mis-read. I know I read somewhere about them getting rid of something, maybe it was the stations with the Cast Members helping people with the FP+...
