I'm guessing a taxi is the best bet? Have to be there for 8 am to catch a bus (to Kennedy) - so just wondering if there's an alternative, or if we just ask for a taxi to be called.
Taxi would definitely be your best bet that early.

Taxi would be best, especially if you aren't a large group.
You technically could take a bus to a park, starting at 7 am, and then a bus to ASM, but sometimes Disney transport doesn't cooperate when on a tight schedule.
One trip - 2012 - we took a cab from POR to GF and the fare was $15.

Definitely a taxi. And sometimes early in the morning you don't even need to call because they are outside the resort waiting on customers
