This is the attraction that had the most trouble with wait times.
The first time we rode, it said a 20 minute wait, but the queue was empty and we walked on. We were allowed to stay on for a second ride, since there was NO ONE in the queue.
The second time, the sign said a 100 minute wait! (as did the app). The CM said it was more like 30 minutes, but were through the queue and off the ride in less than 15.
The third time, sign said 30 minutes, and we walked right on again.
So ... no FP+ required and don't get daunted by a wait time.

No FP needed for that ride. We were there July 5, 2013 when the ride was still new, it was July 4th week and we walked right on in the middle of the day.

The silly old bear still draws a good crowd. Wait time was about 30 minutes when we were there at the end of August.

We've also seen a consistant over reporting of wait times. On our last trip, it always had a minimum of 30 minutes posted wait time, yet every time it was a walk on. So, in conclusion, I agree with the previous posters- NOT a good use of a fast pass.
