We happened to luck out and our trip coincided with the opening of the land.
We have an idea on what we will do since, as of today, they haven't announced anything but a 6 AM opening.
Who else will be there for the opening? What are your plans for that day?
Good luck with attending the opening. Personally, I don't plan to go anywhere near Disney Studios for the opening. I wouldn't be surprised if they do something similar to the Disneyland opening in which they had folks sign up for 4-hour windows of time to visit.

Well it's either we see it Thursday or we don't see it. So we'll get there at 3 AM. This is if things remain equal. If they decide on mitigate another way, we'll work through it.

I highly doubt WDW will do that (considering they have way more resorts than DL does)
