I will be staying at Shades of Green in August. I loaded the hotel reservation in May and we booked fast passes in June. A week ago we went to change a fast pass and were told we could only book fast passes until mid-July. I checked and discovered our hotel reservation was no longer listed. I tried the on-line chat to see what the problem could be and was told they had experienced some "glitches" that I needed to call to straighten it out. After a half hour on hold, the cast member reloaded my reservation and I changed the fast pass we wanted changed. I was back checking My Disney Experience last night and the reservation dropped out again. I'm just curious as to whether anyone else either from Shades of Green or the other hotels that get some of the Disney perks have had the same experience. It's very frustrating! Thanks!
The whole MDE app is flaky. I've had time when I've logged in and my Disney resort information isn't there, and needs to be relinked, or reservations have "gone missing", but are really there in the backend.
I'm sorry you had to take the extra step of calling in, that is frustrating!
