Still no luck with the Disney technician. She stated that because I am so far out from my next trip, it might not show up on the app yet. She can see everything from her end.
"Everything looks fine."
She told me to give it a few more weeks. If it doesn't show up in the app then, we might have a problem.

Today, I am exactly one year from arrival day and the mobile app does indeed show my reservation. The technician was correct. I was too far out!

I have the same problem with my Dec 2017 trip. It shows up on PC but not app. I did live chat with support and was told it would not show up on my app because it was more than a year out. It should show up on my app in Dec when I was just a year out. True or not? Who knows? Will wait and see.
