We will have a winnebago on this trip as our main vehicle, can that make it in the parking garages?

No, but there is surface parking available. The parking garages are for cars/SUVs/medium size trucks only. There is a large parking lot behind the Cirque du Soleil building which will allow you to park your RV. It is quite large and you will have plenty of room to find an isolated area where you will not be blocked in. Parking for everyone at Disney Springs is free so there will not be any extra fee for you.
