Please refresh my memory - if tickets are purchased but plans change for a trip the tickets don't expire - ever - until used? Is that correct?

Tickets expire fourteen days after first use - the last I knew. Things seem to be a little different in California where our tickets where marked with an expiration date which would seem to apply even if never used!

That is correct unless they are some type of promotional ticket.
