So excited to have moved just outside Orlando a little over a month ago. A dream come true for this Disney lover. However, since moving here I have never been so itchy in my life! Every time I step outside I end up with welts on my arms and legs that last for days. Unfortunately, my tiny puppies are suffering as well.
Help! Allergies? Mosquitoes? Floridians, what do you think?
I'm in Davenport. I get lots of mosquito bites. That mostly happens at dawn and dusk. My bites look like welts, and frequently turn into cellulitis. For my dog, I have her on Trifexis for flea control and heart worm.

Perhaps it is "no-see-ums" ... I don't know the proper term from them, but when I sweep out my garage located about 60 miles south of Orlando, Florida something bites my bare legs really badly. I was told by the locals - this is what they call them. It was news to me being Jersey girl.
