Yes, the values are out of sight. And if you have to pay hundreds each to fly, it's even worse.

We love ToT and RNR. We have skipped AK the last few trips.

I believe Silver Dollar City does this. Still takes forever to get inside the park.

You can see a lot of them on Ebay or the Disney Store on line. I don't know of an actual list. I've kind of lost track of them.
