I vaguely recall hearing at one point, that the max number for active bands was 7. Not sure if that's true or not, but if so, that could be where things start to get dicey as to bands not working properly. That and Disney's less than stellar computer systems, of course.

My DD is a seasonal CM and she has tons of them and we actually have many ourselves, which are all active and we use them each trip. I like having a different color from day to day !!:mickey:

Is there a credit for declining? They sell for $$ at the resort, you would think that since you're saving them a little, they can give you a little back.

Also, I heard they are having problems with the purple color itself. Fading or something along those lines, I'm not sure I buy that, but who knows... It's the most requested color for the magic bands.

We'd really like a purple option too! It's the only tertiary color missing! I'd also like white and black too... They'd work really well for bridal purposes!

Was told again this week by a CM that purple is coming soon. We'll see!
