A little disappointed that they did not seize this opportunity to incorporate some obvious vegetarian items with veggie fajitas or a veggie burrito (or just bean burrito) in the new "tex-mex" Pecos Bill's.

They do have a Roasted Vegetable Rice Bowl on the menu, but it looks like the only vegetarian entree option.

We had our pictures taken with Stitch in Tomorrowland this past August. It's the perfect place for his M&G. I hope he'll be somewhere else other than Ohana now!

Just wondering...if Clemson students go to WDW, can they eat Tex-Mex there, or is the current ban at CU for all locations?
